Delivery Information

All NUPEP orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Shipments are sent via Royal Mail whenever possible, and tracking information will be provided once available.

Unless a guaranteed shipping option is chosen, delivery dates cannot be confirmed. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to courier disruptions or other external factors. We will work closely with the courier to resolve any issues promptly.

We cannot issue replacements for parcels still in transit. Undelivered items must first be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be arranged. If a parcel is reported lost, we will initiate a courier investigation and process a refund or replacement upon confirmation, typically within 15 working days.

Important Notes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible. For security purposes, we do not alter shipping details without prior authorisation.

During busy promotional periods or where additional order verification is required, dispatch times may be extended. NUPEP is not responsible for courier-related delays during such times.
