Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, replacements, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through www.nupep.co.uk
Research Product Notice
All NUPEP products are supplied exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not approved for human or animal use and cannot be resold once shipped due to contamination and traceability requirements.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting our support team.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only considered when:
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed
- The item is damaged during delivery
- A shipment is officially declared lost by the courier
Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Delivery delays
- Refused or uncollected parcels
- Opened or used products
- Research results or third-party analysis
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending items back. Returned products must remain sealed and unused in their original packaging. All returns are inspected before any refund or replacement is approved.
Shipping Issues
If a parcel is declared lost after courier investigation, NUPEP will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.
Chargebacks
Customers should contact NUPEP before initiating a payment dispute. Chargebacks submitted without prior communication may be formally challenged using transaction records and policy acceptance logs.
Abuse Prevention
Repeated refund or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 working days, depending on the customer’s payment provider.
